Moratorium Public Hearing via ZOOM

On March 15, 2021, Milton City Council adopted Ordinance 2027- 21, a six-month moratorium on applications for conditional use permits in residential zones; setting a date for a public hearing; providing for severability; declaring an emergency; and establishing an immediate effective date.
