Milton Community Park, more commonly known as Triangle Park, is a 10-acre community gem. Two parking lots serve the park. The site slopes downward from east to west and is wooded in the middle.
The east section has a tee-ball/softball field, picnic areas and lighted tennis courts and the western section houses Kemper Playfield. This playground has an extensive children’s play area which was added in 1993 and renovated in 2020. Milton Community Park is the site of the City of Milton’s annual Milton Days event and is the site for various other community events.
Veterans Memorial
In 2007 the Milton-Fife-Edgewood Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post #11401 dedicated a new memorial to honor veterans of the United States military. This beautiful memorial is located at the top of Milton Community Park at the corner of 15th and Milton Way.
9-11 Memorial
A 35-foot bean from the World Trade Center is now a permanent part of the Milton Community Park. The placement of the treasured beam took place on September 11, 2019 and was formally dedicated on September 11, 2021.
