Planning & Community Development
The Planning and Community Development Department provides the Milton community with the important services of permitting, plan reviews, and building inspections from the Building Division, as well as subdivision, boundary line and commercial site review from the Planning Division. Our department also provides comprehensive long range planning and community master plans.
