The Milton Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. The City of Milton contracts for court services with the City of Puyallup. The Municipal Court Judge is authorized by Washington State Statute to preside over the following types of cases:
- Criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors
- Non-traffic infractions
- Orders for protection for victims of domestic violence
- Traffic infractions
The Municipal Court schedules the following:

The Municipal Court coordinates related services including legal representation for indigent persons and interpreter services.
