Our Mission
To facilitate and guide growth in Milton while balancing the needs of current and future residents and businesses and protecting the public health, safety and welfare.
What We Do
The Planning & Community Development Department is divided into two divisions, the Planning Division and the Building Division. We provide the Milton community with the important services of building permitting, plan reviews, building inspections; as well as subdivision, boundary line and commercial site review planning. Our department also provides comprehensive long range planning and community master plans.
