City Council Meetings

In most cases, the most current City Council agenda and packet will be available to view by 5 p.m.the Thursday before the next City Council meeting.

           Regular Sessions:
           2nd and 3rd Monday at 7:00 p.m.

           Study Sessions: 1st Monday at 7:00 p.m.

MINUTES

City Council minutes are posted once approved by council. There is approximately a 2 week delay between a particular meeting and the availability of the minutes for that meeting. On occasion it may take longer to post the minutes. If you need a copy of the minutes and they are not yet posted, please call the Deputy City Clerk at (253) 517-2700. Also, due to time constraints, the agenda may occasionally be unavailable on the web site.

Citizen Participation at Council Meetings

Citizens are welcome to comment on agenda items during the Council meeting. In addition, time is set aside near the beginning of each meeting when anyone may address the Council on items not listed on the agenda. The Mayor may limit the length of comments in the interest of time. Please realize that the Council may not be able to take immediate action on your comments.
