City Council
The City of Milton operates under a strong Mayor form of government with seven elected Councilmembers serving four-year terms. The Mayor serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the City and has hired a City Administrator to assist in day-to-day operations. The Council acts as the legislative body.
The City Council meets regularly the first and third Mondays of the month at 7 p.m. and holds a study session the second Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, 1000 Laurel Street.
