ACCIDENT/COLLISION REPORTS

Requests for vehicle collision reports are done through the Washington State Patrol at the following link listed below.  To request a copy of a collision report that was done by a police officer click on the following link below.

An individual can complete their own collision report if an officer does not investigate the collision at the scene. Please click on one of the below links to retrieve the vehicle collision report form.

POLICE REPORTS

All other requests for police reports must be requested and a request form turned in at the police department front desk (1000 Laurel St. Milton, WA 98354).  Remember when a police report is requested in most circumstances it cannot be received on the same day.  Also a processing fee may be accesed.  Some police reports cannot be released by the police department.  If you have questions please call the police department main number at 253-922-8735
