Utility Billing Web Access        

The City of Milton is pleased to offer online Utility Billing and Payments.  To register and access your account, click on  Pay My Bill

Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to access their Utility account information.  In addition if you want to pay those bills with a credit card or e-check, then On-line Utility Bill Payment is for you.
What do I need?
You will need a computer with internet access and a recent Utility Bill.  If you do not have a recent Utility Bill, you will need to know your 9 digit account number as well as the Customer name exactly as it appears on the bill.  For those living in apartments, leave the first name box blank.  In the last name box, type the entire apartment name exactly as it is spelled on your bill. 

What methods of payment accepted through On-line Utility Bill payments?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and e-checks.
Why should I use it?
It can simplify your life.  Use Online Utility Bill Payment from anywhere you have internet access.  You can access general utility bill information; billing history, consumption history, payment history, bill amount, due date AND you can pay your bill any time day or night.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

If your service has already been disconnected, you must pay your bill in full either in person at City Hall with cash or credit card; or online with a credit card.  DO NOT USE the E-CHECK feature!  You will need to contact Customer Service after your payment has been made to reconnect your service.  (253-922-8733 and press 3) They will need your confirmation ID number and account number.  As always, payments must be processed and customer service contacted by 2:30PM to have your service reinstated on the same business day.
